Update for all Travel Insurance Policies issued from 16th March 2020.

The World Health Organisation declared the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak a pandemic on 11th March 2020, this is now a known event.

This affects the cover provided by Just Travel cover Insurance policies. From March 16th 2020 11:00am, our policies will no longer provide for claims under any section, directly or indirectly related t a pandemic and/or epidemic, notably all this time Coronavirus (COVID-19) including any related and/or similar conditions how soever called any mutation of these.

Our policies will also not provide cover for claims relating to the fear or threat of pandemic and/or epidemic, including but not limited to Coronavirus (COVID-19) including any related and/or similar condition(s) how soever or any mutation of these.

Any new policy purchased, or trip booked, covered by an existing annual multi trip policy after March 16th 11:00am, will not cover any cancellation claim in relation to Coronavirus, including but not limited to, cancellation due to your diagnosis of Coronavirus, FCP advice or flights being cancelled.

Please note our policies will not cover any claim for travel to any Country where the FCO has advised against but essential travel.
